For many of our migrant brothers and sisters, their journey is difficult — filled with hardship, loneliness, and discrimination. Yet, they left their homes inspired by hope — a brighter future, dreams for their family, or the opportunity to build a better life.

The Camino de Santiago is a journey of a different, and yet, similar kind. It is a pilgrimage of hope but one which involves difficulty, discomfort and labour. Pilgrims leave the comforts of home and walk towards a common destination.

From 2 September to 13 October, join us for our Camino Challenge. Show your solidarity and support for the low-income migrant brothers and sisters amongst us by either:

Donating to us as we walk 827 kilometres on the Camino de Santiago, or
By organising your own walk and helping us fundraise.

Through this campaign, we invite you to Walk With___, because life's not meant to go it alone.

The Camino Challenge

From 2 September to 13 October, we invite you to join us for our Camino Challenge.

Step 1

Choose which day(s) of the Camino Challenge you’ll be joining.

Step 2

Invite your friends and networks to support your walk and the migrant cause.

Step 3

For each day selected, complete the distance assigned for that day.

Teams: Cumulatively complete the distance assigned for that day (e.g. a team of 3 can meet a 25km goal by walking 10km, 8km, and 7km each).

Irun to San Sebastian

'Kilometre Zero' begins in Irun, at the Santiago bridge over the river Bidasoa. After a few peaceful initial kilometres, pilgrims will encounter the first climb of the Northern route, a 200 meter ascent to the Sanctuary of Guadalupe. While pilgrims can look forward to scenic walks along the side of Jaizkibel, they will also be challenged by the climb up the La Plata lighthouse.
